3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on luck21. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. luck21 may, at its sole discretion, terminate all accounts associated with an individual found to have registered multiple accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. luck21 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck21 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. luck21 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). luck21 is required to conduct identity verification checks on all registered players. You consent to luck21 processing your personal identification documents, including CNIC, passport, or driving licence, for the purpose of KYC compliance. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. luck21 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the player's luck21 wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are subject to standard banking processing times. luck21 charges no fees on deposits.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed by luck21 within the following timelines:

luck21's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their luck21 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. luck21 makes no representation that any player will generate a profit from their gaming activity on the Platform. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
luck21's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the luck21 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on luck21, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
luck21 will not sell, rent, or commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or in connection with the prevention and detection of fraud and financial crime.

Where amendments are material, luck21 will provide registered players with not less than seven (7) calendar days' prior notice via the registered email address or a prominent Platform notification. 13.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your luck21 account at any time by contacting the support team. 13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination by luck21 for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings generated through prohibited conduct shall be forfeited. Where termination is not for cause, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
